Hello, I've been banned, but I'm not certain why.

I'm seeking clarity on the reason behind my ban because I don't believe it's justified.

There was no notification informing us that purchasing lottery tickets was prohibited.

Although there were discussions about the lottery prices being low due to an update, there wasn't an official announcement declaring it illegal.

Once I realized it might be a bug, I ceased purchasing, and yet, no announcements were made.
