Dear Admin,

I am a new player (145017) in this game, and I suddenly got banned today. Now, I am trying to figure out what happened. I purchased around 1000 GC in the last 2 days as I saw the GC event, I bought a car and a house. So far I have been playing for like 40 days.

Moreover, I always keep an eye on Grand RP server for updates and announcements. I did not see any notice about issues regarding lottery tickets until I got banned.
Seeing the lottery tickets on sale, I purchased some as well and even informed the admin "Abdel Pluxury". Conversation screenshot is attached.

This is my first time getting banned in this game, I was never banned before.

I sincerely apologize for this, hoping you will take your time to read this and unban me.

I like this game very much so I hope you will let me stay connected to this wonderful community you all have built here.
