HI sir lebron pluxury

I got banned and I'm eager to know the reason because I genuinely believe I didn't do anything wrong. Buying lottery tickets wasn't flagged in any notice, and even though some friends were talking about the low prices in the 24/7 stores, there wasn't an official warning about it being against the rules tho. As soon as I suspected an error, I stopped buying, but I'm still waiting for clarification.
