Hello Dear Admin,
I have been playing the game for more than a month now, I grind a lot and play for fun with my friends. Suddenly I woke up today with a ban and I'm clueless about what’s happening until I saw the others making posts as well that it was regarding the lottery tickets.
Moreover, I had absolutely no idea this price reduction was a problem as I thought it was because the store owners set it to low. There are no way new players can know all the information that buying lottery ticket is prohibited and that the price was always 10k and not 5k.
Furthermore, I have researched more about this and found that there was no official server announcement about it either. I did know this was a mistake and purchasing and opening tickets was forbidden. This is my first GC event since the game came out.
Please grant my unban appeal and let me play this game with my friends, I’ll make sure things like that will never happen in the future.
