hi bobby. As far as I understand, the reason for my ban is bug abuse. I thought that the game had a feature and that the price decreases when there are discounts in 24/7. Then a message came saying do not open a chat ticket. I asked the admin message for the reason. Since there was no response, I stopped opening it. I apologize again, I thought this was a feature that came after an update in a game. I swear it won't happen again.I have a nice ID, rest assured, I didn't do it on purpose.
