Hello Bobby, I was banned because I bought a large quantity of lottery tickets from the 24/7 store. I purchased from there because I was told there was a 50 percent discount on all store items, and I didn't know that I could get banned for it, and no one told me it was a bug. Then today, my colleagues told me that there was a warning, but unfortunately, I didn't see it where the warning was issued. I have never been banned before and if I knew that this was bug abuse, I would not do it, because I would never risk my account where I spent a lot of time just because of some lottery tickets. So, I apologize for this incident. However, I hope that you can give me another chance to return to EN03 and play and have fun with my friends.
