Dear Mazhor,
I've been banned on main and twink acc, I'm not entirely sure whats the exact reason is, because i honestly don't think I've done anything wrong. The reason i found on forums page was the buy of lottery tickets, but from my side i never received any notice that buying lottery tickets was against the rules, i was told from some people that 24/7 shops making discount for the lottery tickets after the new update and there wasn't any formal communication stating it was prohibited, I thought the same as the people that it was a discount and sounded like a great deal after new update, i really like to enjoy this game with my friend and family members, i will be glad for unbanned with a fair wipe
