Dear Mazhor,
i was banned on 06/05/2024 due to bug abuse (Lottery). I have already submitted an appeal, which was denied, and I understand the decision. I have invested a lot of time and money into the project over the past few months. I am aware that I made a huge mistake, which I deeply regret. I knew the risk of being permanently banned, but I still went ahead, which was a mistake on my part. The problem is that I no longer have a second account because it was banned when I created a third one without reading the rules stating that only two accounts are allowed.
I'm not sure what to do now. I have been playing Grand daily for months. I would be willing to have my entire account wiped, or I hope to eventually be able to play on DE01 again.
