Subject: Appeal Against Ban for Use of Recording Software

Dear Admin,

I am writing to appeal the recent ban I received under section 6.17. I was using NVIDIA's recording software, which I did not realize was prohibited. I apologize for any oversight on my part regarding the rules about acceptable software.

If NVIDIA recording is not allowed, I accept responsibility for my mistake due to my lack of awareness. I kindly request that you reconsider the ban, and I assure you it will not happen again.

Your punishment will be lifted this time, next time punishment remains. Refer to the server rules and make sure that you are recording overlays in the future and turn off the privacy control.​
