So the guy randomly shot at the uss agents at doc and was driving around the doc i went to get some ammo from armoury inside the doc . When i came back to gate i shot him he was low and at the end of the parking lot he was healing i saw him and killed him but as he got killed he left the city u can see in the pov . in my pov the full vidio will be in this vidio link​
