Hello mazhor, I was banned yesterday on DE03 for lottery tickets bugabuse. I didn't know that something like that was considered bugabuse because there was no announcement on the Grand Discord or in-game. I only got the idea from a friend because he bought 1000 of them and said I should buy some too because you can get good things then I just did it and kept doing it until I got a car and became one then banned. My friend were even told that they could be opened again then I opened the tickets 10-30 times in a row and then the ban came. If the admin said you weren't allowed to open it, I wouldn't open it anymore and would throw it away and I really apologize for what I did and a mistake like that will never happen again and I would be grateful if I could reverse the block.
