Sir, I'm not going to say that I am new in city, I spend a lot of time in city and I really enjoyed it here I loved this city, made many great friends and badly missing them. but what I did was absolutely wrong no one should do this. when I heard about the lottery ticket bug I just wanted to try it out so I only bought it once. but still have done a bug abuse. but its major mistake of mine. I am a very honest citizen, till now I have always played by the rules. but this time I got into greed where everyone was opening and also opened some of it.
I am sincerely apologizing for my serious mistake, I am ready for money wipe. I just want a another chance to be in this beautiful city. I really loved this city. I want to be a part of this wonderful and great community once again. So please forgive me and give a chance for the last time.
I really hope that you will give me a chance to be in the city once again for the last time.
