Dear Admins,

I bought lottery tickets from the store as I heard the prices were discounted in shop, There was no announcement anywhere regarding this being a issue and I had no intention to abuse it.

Moreover I have not broken any major city rule in the past which resulted in a ban and I certainly did not know that only buying lottery tickets would lead me to a permanent ban.

I sincerely apologize for this, I hope you will look into this matter and accept my request to be unbanned.
