Hello,

I recently found out that I've been blacklisted for purchasing lottery tickets, but I wasn't aware that it was against the rules as there was no announcement prohibiting it at that price. I kindly request to be unbanned, especially since I've just started engaging in positive roleplay within the city.

I also want to emphasize that my actions were not intended to disrespect the server. I was simply joking with an admin in the club chat.
