Rix Federal was born in 2001 in the city of Los Santos ,and he live in the area of PH, near his apartment there was a Store , he goes to that store and he saw some people were robbing that store , but Rix was unarmed, he want to help but he cant , so he decided to do something for the City of Los santos , after that he saw some people with balaclava coming with a car with siern , after sometime he saw a shootout , Rix Successfully escape from that area , and after sometime he joined US army ( NG )

he joined National guard as corporal in sometime he became Commanding general , after sometime he joined LSPD as COS , after he joined the federal orgaization as secret agent , but he want to serve the government , he joined the government , and he was taken as hostage , but 1more guy was also taken as hostage but he was a fake hostage , then he realise everything has corruption so he also wanted to do
1- Rix can take bribes. (Up to 100 thousand and illegal items on the suspect)
2- Rix can deny calling a lawyer, lie, and refuse to show any identification.
3- Rix can engage in any criminal activity if it wishes.
