My name is Manfred Brundhammer, and I am writing on behalf of myself and my brother, Anton Brundhammer, regarding our recent ban from the server. Our IDs are 99538 and 99521 respectively.We were banned due to our involvement in bug abuse during the lottery event. We acknowledge our mistake and take full responsibility for our actions. We were unaware that our participation constituted bug abuse, as we are relatively new to the server, having joined approximately 10 days ago our misunderstanding arose from a perceived opportunity to benefit from what we believed to be a 50% discount promotion in the 24/7 shop.(no bug warning anywhere) Regrettably, we now realize that tickets in such events are not subject to discounts, a fact we became aware of only after our ban was issued. We assure you that we did not intend to exploit any system vulnerabilities, and we deeply regret any disruption caused to the server community.We sincerely apologize for our ignorance and any inconvenience caused. We assure you that such actions will not be repeated, and we are committed to upholding the rules and integrity of the server going forward.With humility and a genuine desire to rectify our mistake, we respectfully request that our ban be lifted. We assure you that we will adhere strictly to the server guidelines and contribute positively to the community.Thank you for considering our appeal. We appreciate your time and understanding.
