Remarks of my decision
- He called you "Gay", it is totally an IC situation. And it should be handled IC-ly
- Both the other IDs except the person in your car are banned for a month for org targeting by your curator.
- Therefore, only the ID 318761 will get a punishment from the suspect IDs.
- Last but not least, when 180k ID shot you, you did not complete your side of RP and failed it.​
