Hello, me and my friend got a ban GR 1.7 When I looked up the rules I understand why we got 60 days ban. We didn’t know you couldn’t send that amount of money to each other. I’m very new at this game and we have never broken any rules on this game because we love to play with each other and meet up with family and friends there. You can see on the logs that the money I had came from both of us, my friend used to send me his money so we can save them and use them to rank up the family to level 3. I’m the leader of the family and I didn’t had the access to rank up the family so I send my friend everything because he is the boss of the family and have the access. All the money went to the family rank and it wasn’t a gift or anything like that. I know now that I cannot send more than 5million per day. Can we please get a second chance because we really didn’t do it on purpose and didn’t now that rule. I don’t won’t to lose my family and friends on the game. So sorry for breaking the rule. Thank you for your work and time!
