Dear Senior Admin,
I apologize for my mistake I typed word "fking Ez" once in CC and Opti muted me for 500 minutes. and when I asked he said you did it before many times but believe me I typed ez word many months before.
I know I did mistake but 500 minutes are too much. Please unmute me:)
