I've been playing Grand RP for 3/4 months, and today is the first time I've been banned for 30 days, with GR 6.17 mentioned as the reason, stating the use of OBS Recorder. This is not possible at all because I don't have OBS software installed on my PC. Since my PC doesn't have a graphics card, I use Windows' default recorder, which is activated with WIN+ALT+R. I can't use a graphics card recorder because my PC doesn't have a graphics card. My processor is Ryzen 5700G, and I've uploaded many complaints to the Grand RP Forum using Windows' default recorder before. And I had no idea that using the Windows recorder was illegal, and I couldn't find any proper rules about it. Later, I will communicate with the admin in-game, and upon their advice, they recommended me to use Medal software because I don't have any graphics card. I admit my mistake. Since my PC doesn't have a graphics card, I can't use graphics card software. So, from now on, I'll use Medal software as per the admin's advice.​
