Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Partially Accept this report.
ID 95703 will receive a punishment for Gen Rule 6.7 & CR
(When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them. + You can not car ram other cars intentionally)
As Per ID 107790 It is not clear in your POV whether they shoot at you or not.
However,
ID 108679 will punished for Under Investigation
