Hello dear adminstrator hope you are doing well.

I got banned for GR 1.7. My account, which received a penalty, has been blocked for a week. How can I initiate transfer using that account?
I was already on ban for GR 3.1 which i recieve a week ago. Now when I started my game it says that I got banned for GR 1.7.
Please I will request you to check it again. Because I was always careful about this rule.
