I understand that my account was banned due to the sale of an untradable item, specifically a toothy mask, in my beach market shop. I want to assure you that this action was not intentional, and I was unaware that the item in question was untradable. Allow me to provide some context to clarify the situation.
When I placed the toothy mask in my shop, I genuinely believed it to be a regular item available for trade. I failed to notice the small marking indicating its untradable status. In my defense, the toothy mask can also be obtained from a mask container, and I cannot recall when I acquired it. Consequently, I made the mistake of assuming it was tradable without thoroughly checking its properties.
I must emphasize that I had no prior knowledge of any bug or exploit that would allow the sale of untradable items. Had I been aware of such a loophole, I would never have attempted to exploit it.
