Exactly, there, he comes out of his house and you ask him to leave his own property.
This is not realistic demand, it has no RP sense.

Not once, but you demanded him twink to leave the area, but 2nd time you even asked him to leave the public road

I didn't ask him to leave the road at all I told him to leave the first time because there were solars so I think it should be alright but the second time (00:42) I wasn't talking to him he was RDMed (person already got punished) I was talking to the guy who ran to his fam member in the open garage you can also check POV I ran back.


Also I think in the POV he has illegal recording software probably.
