Walking on the side and ran me over intentionally.

This accident was not intentional. You can see that I was drunk by not being able to take the turn. I am very sorry for this incident. If I had known that the person was dead, I would have gone back and given first aid.

The video that i posted shows that your clearly not drunk. You were driving straight than you turned slightly right, just enough to hit me. After hitting me you just kept on driving and didn't even care to check if i needed help. This was not an accident. You are clearly not drunk. I also want to point out that you've done this to so many other people. It's not your first time.
