Approved Request for unban

Dear Mazhor,
I got banned for OOC insulting when I called a guy who VDM me 'KID'. When guy who I reported insulted my mother, he just got muted for some period of time because admin who investigated is extremly subjetive when it's about someone from current GOV. I know I made misstake but I think it's much bigger rule brake when someone is insulting parents then calling someone KID.
