I did accept for money wipe

My forum got rejected earlier as the format was not correct sir i am not a very old player this is the first time i am making forum still dont know what is the reason it is getting rejected i agreed for money wipe also. I am ready to do anything just for unban

In the proof pasted above it clearly says agree for money wipe which I completely agree but still i am being rejected it is not even getting considered
