Life Story:
Born in the rough streets of Scotland he lived in a city called Dundee which is known for its Crime and Corruption, Due to the high crime rate tragically Alex lost his father to a violent attack. since then Alex was motivated to bring justice to his city after all. Alex picked himself up and got a job in law enforcement, slowly he climbed the ranks and made his way to a very important department Special Weapons and Tactics (S.W.A.T) where he was given the chance to be a Deputy Head of Department along side a trusted leadership this department excelled in performance over time and formed a unstoppable force due to this the crime rates in Dundee dramatically dropped in numbers. This struck fear into the criminals of Dundee, Alex was praised for this and made Dundee feel a lot safer than ever before.
Career Story:
GOCH, now leading the S.W.A.T in Dundee, received a unexpected message from a unknown number inviting him to the Los Santos Police Department (LSPD) to take on a High Command position within the department. Upon arriving in Los Santos GOCH was motivated by his opportunity to bring his skills into the S.W.A.T department and bring much needed change to Los Santos. he had high expectations to bring change to Los Santos but he was faced with many surprises that there was double the amount of population than Dundee which means there was a much higher crime rate to tackle. GOCH found himself in a tough situation figuring out how he and his department where going to fight crime, he eventually found a solution that excelled in performance and did not go unnoticed by the Chief of Police who was quite impressed by his achievements and skills he provided to the organization he put him in trusted ranks within the LSPD Organization.
Outcomes:
1- GOCH can take bribes (up to 100k)
2- GOCH can smash and break bodycams. ( /try 2 times per situation )
3- GOCH can lie about requesting a lawyer and refuse to any request of Identification
4- GOCH can intimidate/torture people on/off-duty if they don’t want to follow his demands. (No killing)
5-GOCH can let suspects go free if they're in his family or his friends and can also aid them in escaping.
6- GOCH can participate in any criminal activities with his family.(Not any activity against servers script.)
7- GOCH can sell, buy or use any type of weapons for his personal safety and profit. ( exception, org weapons/gear )
8- GOCH can arrest anyone and give the person fake charges (With RP reason)
