2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
-I wanna be the leader of this organization as I have vast experience of how a gang functions and performs RP. I have also been high command so I am aware how to manage a gang.
-Recently I have seen the crime side of the city is very inactive. I will make sure the gang is active in my absence and following rules. I have witnessed the ghetto is very inactive, I will make sure it is feared and famous for its notoriety.
-Throughout my journey I have worked in state organzations, making me knowledgeable about their tactics and understanding. I will make sure to use it in my leadership so that we have the upper hand in any kind of situation.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay evel in the organization.
-Attend all scripted events, ex Clands, Battleship etc.
-Host global events regurarly, to keep the crime side active. Ex. FZ raids, Store Robberies, Hostage situations.
-Keep a bonus system that rewards members based on their efforts.
-Keep dedicated ranks based on experience and efforts.
