Hello there,

I pulled up to an ATM robbery and asked this fellow to place his hands on his head. Being the fact that he was the only one there, and we had to question him and potentially search him. However, he would not comply when stun guns were pointed at him. We quite literally had 5 officers pointing their stun guns at him and gave demands for him to put his hands up. And he refused to comply in any way shape or form. He completely refused to RP.
