Has performed a corrupt action and has there for choosen to walk the road of corruption with out a bio.
He also used an org ability with out being on duty and also with out permition to do so since he is not being a HC of the Government.
He uncuffed another player that was being detained and dragged by an active Deputy Governor being on duty and manning doc and with his action it was a direct reason and result leading to his Deputy Governors death.
His action that he decied to perfom are in direct conflict of the following IC state laws and penal codes:

4.6 Corruption Conducting themselves in a -( dishonest )- and/or fraudulent behavior, by those residing in power given by the state. Categorized as a Class A felony
