Hello Mr Lebron,
Yes, I violated GR 6.3 and emptied the institution's repository for personal purposes, I accept this mistake.
However, I did not engage in any activity that would violate GR 1.1 rule. Please re-evaluate the ban imposed on me and re-determine the duration of my ban.
