1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?

Well to be fair i have played grandrp for 3 years (with lil breaks) and i am certainly fond of the game i have basically done everything the game has to offer i have become a gang leader deputy of different gangs deputy of almost all state orgs have got friends from almost all the nationalities and i have also become admin before on en2 though it was short lived because i got busy Irl but regardless of my time in en03 i have enough experience and passion for this game that i would love to be an admin on en03

2. What are your strengths?

My strengths would be my patience level when dealing with new people or any kind of people in particular i have helped numerous number of people in the game new and old and i feel i have almost lived every scenario that there is in this game to help everyone with every kind of problem also i have good understanding skills and fluency in both English and Hindi to understand different accents too. and also i always take every suggestion and advise from my higher ups positively and always act positively to everything they might ask me to improve or work on.

3. What are your weaknesses?

my weakness would be i can be dumb with some things and then panicking well it does happen rarely like 1 out of 15 days but i can mess up something stupid and would panic easily and call someone to help me but as i said i do learn from my mistakes and take extra care to not mess them up again anytime soon as i said i always take any and all suggestions with a positive attitude and i believe i am very easy to work with

4. What skills can you bring to the admin team?

i can bring consistency to the team take workload off of people and also bring positive and friendly vibes to everyone i would get to work and socialize with also u guys wouldn't have to teach me as much since i do already know majority of the stuff as i said was an admin before on en02

5. Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin)

i don't have any if i did i would surely have sold

6. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment or any time soon?

well as of right now and for the next 2-3 months i m on summer vacation and do only intern work from home which is barely and hour or two of designing or sorting files so rest assured for the next 3 months i can be active 20 hrs. a day if needed and even after that i can stay consistent for a good 8 hrs. everyday only time i ll really get busy will be near November for like 10 days for my exams rest i have already balanced time with my daily routine for 2 years now no need to worry there

7. Anything else we should take into consideration or we should know for your application?

well i ll keep it short here as i ve said multiple times above i do have enough experience and knowledge in this game and i know the first thing u guys are going to go see is my en03 playtime which i know wouldn't term out to be enough but i can assure u guys u can check for my record in en02 and en01 i was a 36k id on en01 and 21k on en02 and have almost months of playtime on each of them in the past 3 yrs of me playing this game u can check for my leader term my admin term and i can also assure u that i am ready for this position and would love to join u guys
