A: Experiences & Activity: As been every gang deputy and turf deputy. I Have this much experience to take leadership in crime. And do my best to make families on Top and dominate every gang in every events make families most active Org. My Main Goal is Getting 30+ people In ORG In Freezze & Getting Best Deputies Those Who Can Help Me In My Term.
B: 100% Terrority Goal: I want to be leader of Families because i want to make my term 100% turfs with no verbals and warnings and i also believe my turf team can help me to get 100% turf of Season 8
C: Succesful Term: I Want To Make A Set aspect of a successful Term is fostering a Crime of continuous improvement. As the leader, I would encourage and support ongoing learning and development among Org Members, allowing the organization to remain adaptable, innovative, and competitive in a rapidly And Be Active.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
A: Establish Clear Ranks and Expectations: Clearly define each member's ranks within the org and establish expectations for their Active. By doing so, members have a better understanding of their responsibilities and can more effectively contribute to the org goals.
B: Provide Training and Development Opportunities: Tranning members to learn server rules and develop existing ones. This time in members will not only improve overall performance but also add depth and versatility to the org, ensuring its long-term success in families.
C: Develop Strong Relationships: Invest time and effort in org with strong relationships with gang members. I will get to know them on a personally, express genuine interest in their lives, and demonstrate empathy and support when they neeeded me.
