I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request the lifting of my ban on the EN2 server. I have been a regular player for the past six months, but I recently found myself blacklisted without understanding why. My main account ID is 127347, and my secondary account ID is 142621.

I am unaware of any mistake I may have made. Could you please provide me with information regarding this situation so I can ensure it doesn't happen again? My records can be checked, and you will find that I have never received a ban or broken any server rules.

I kindly ask you to reconsider the ban. I assure you that I will strictly adhere to all server rules and positively contribute to the community. Thank you for taking the time to read my request. I hope to recover at least my main account so I can continue playing with my friends and family. I genuinely do not want to leave this community, and I am fully prepared to discuss this matter further if necessary and agree to to money wipe.
