The governor, deputy governor and attorney general will be passing a law which will affect gangs and unofficial families. It will be against illegal activities. Once gangs get to know about what is going to happen they will protest at capitol and it is upto them when to enter inside and cause a shootout. After that it is upto the LEO's and especially the governors security how and where should we bring him, so he gets the maximum protection. It will be the gangs goal to stop the law pass.
Outcomes:
Outcome 1: The leos stop the gangs and unofficial families. (Leo's get 200k in their org balance, and gangs lose 200k from their org balance)
Outcome 2: The gangs and unofficial families stop the law pass by killing the governor/attorney general/deputy governor (All gangs (not unoff families) get 200k and all leo orgs lose 200k from their org balance)
Who can participate:
All legal orgs except Lifeinvader ( Lifeinvader can broadcast) and all gangs and all unofficial families.
Admin requirements:
Need to remove capitol as a Greenzone
None of the doors of capitol should be locked
