The organization that is conducting the event: Federal Investigation Bureau
The event scenario Must be detailed and include the whole event: Gangs have decided to take 2 important hostages and are driving from the Clucking Building in Paleto Bay towards the main shopping mall in the city in order to take control over the shopping mall in with the 2 hostages and plan to blow up the mall, LEOs have 5 minutes after start time to prevent the gangs from killing all the LEOs. The gangs cannot step out of their cars during the ride from the Clucking building until the shopping mall, LEOs may attempt to slightly ram the gang cars to stop them, and step out to shoot afterwards. The gangs cannot shoot the hostages, but if the LEOs accidentally kill both hostages, LEOs lose. If they do not kill all gang members within 5 minutes of reaching the mall, they will also lose as the gang members will blow up the mall.
Why this event:
Encourages a realistic scenario where LEOs have to pull over the Gangs instead of vice versa, and tests the in doors fighting abilities of all orgs present.
Role of Each Organization Involved:
LEOs have to attempt to kill the gang while preserving the life of the hostages.
Gangs have to drive safely from the clucking building in Paleto Bay towards the Shopping mall in the city, and kill the LEOs.
Other organizations involved:
All LEOs and Gangs
Vehicles/weapons needed:
Carbine ARs for everyone, including vests.
Black Jugulars for the gangs.
White Jugulars for the LEOs.
Admin Requirements:
Teleport everyone and give weapons/vests, as well as spawn cars.
Spawn RC cars at the mall.
Rules of the event:
No healing whatsoever
No patching
Only slight car ramming allowed
Gangs have to take Great Ocean Highway route towards the mall
How is the event won?
If LEOs kill the gang members within 5 minutes of reaching the mall, or kill the gang while on the route to the mall, they win.
If Gangs survive for longer than 5 minutes when reaching the mall or the LEOs kill both hostages by accident, they win.
Prize for the winner:
400k split against the last alive.
