Hello Mr. Lebron Pluxury I hope you are well. I was banned under GR1.1 because I was away from the game for too long and when I came back I couldn't remember my Rockstar account. So, I purchased the game on a new Rockstar account. When I tried to tell you in the forum, I encountered a problem creating the account. when I try to create an account, this following message appear (Your account is currently awaiting approval by an administrator. You will receive an email when a decision has been taken.) and after many attempts I succeeded.
Sir, can you be so kind and give me another chance? If you think I need a penalty, I'm willing to give all my money.
