Additional information

1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
After being in the city for almost two years, I feel like I’ve experienced everything I’ve wanted to RP wise and learned a lot from the organisations I’ve been in and the people I have roleplayed with. My inspiration to join the Admin team has been the Media and LifeInvader curators as I’ve always wished to be able to help out more than I’m currently able to. I have a vast knowledge of both areas and would love to offer my expertise as much as I can and give organisations, particularly LifeInvader, some good advice and curation.

2. What positions have you held in the city? (Crime/State/Leader of Unofficial)

• LifeInvader leader for 3 terms and half a term as temporary leader, plus multiple terms of deputy leader or high command, currently rank 28.
• Government Chief of Staff in 2 terms and Deputy Governor for 1 term, 1 term of Personal Assistant to the Governor
• Chief of Staff in LSPD for 2 terms, HoD for 1 term
• Deputy and Head of Department of HR in FIB for 1 term, Supervisor of Department for 1 term

3. What are your strengths?

• Patience. I’m always willing to hear out both sides of the story and it takes a lot to rile me up and make me angry/upset. I’m happy to watch and learn and take the time to understand important things.
• People person. I’m very comfortable in talking with people, interacting and making decisions or working as a team. I’ve had to deal with a lot of complaints and problems working in LifeInvader and I know how to fix problems whilst keeping everyone satisfied.
• Tough when needed. Although I can be quite relaxed and calm, I know when the right time is to be hard and enforce the rules. I can do this politely and respectfully whilst making sure things are properly attended to.

4. What are your weaknesses?

• Lack of crime experience. I have only been in a gang once for a day for media purposes and learned a lot about how hostage situations work and how the crime side operates. Although it’s not a lot, I am eager and quick to learn about the Crime side and how it functions from an IC and OOC perspective.
• Maybe too soft. Sometimes I can be a little too forgiving and understanding and want to go easy on someone, especially if they’re new to the city. Maybe I’ll give them a second chance they don’t deserve but I’ll always listen to higher ups when told to be harsher and forceful.

5. What skills can you bring to the admin team?

• I’d love to be able to assist with events as I know there’s not always an admin around to start them so my availability during the late evening/early morning will cover that.
• There’s a lack of female presence in the admin team so my perspective is unique and I may offer a different perspective and have more ideas when it comes to women.
• Respectfully, not many curators have experience in LI and as someone who has always been passionate about the organisation, I will be there and willing to assist and advise on anything that current and future members may want when it comes to the organisation.

• I have no businesses

7. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment?

• None

8. Anything else we should take into consideration or we should know for your application?

• My activity amount will always remain the same but some days I may be active earlier and some days I may be active later, depending on my IRL schedule. I will always be available in Discord when needed (unless I’m sleeping).
