Dear Admin,

I am writing to appeal the recent ban I received for GR 6.17. I was using Game Bar's recording software, which I did not realize was prohibited. I apologize for my oversight regarding the rules on acceptable software.

If using Game Bar is not allowed, I accept full responsibility for my mistake and my lack of awareness. I kindly request that you reconsider the ban, and I assure you it will not happen again.
