Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
1- I want to become the leader of the Vagos because I know what values a good leader should have. (I have a lot of previous experience because I spent time in the city and I gained a lot of experience. I think that I am now ready to be a leader and addition to respect, responsibility and awareness of obligations are needed!. Also i have ex leader experience which is in en2
2- Leader should always take care of there members no matter what. I will care about the members under my leadership. I will provide them with anything they might need
3- Why would Vagos thrive under my leadership?. I have already selected my team of deputies, and skilled graffiti artists. Vagos has had competent leaders in the past, and I intend to continue this legacy.I will strive for a 100% turf rate. I am fully prepared to lead this gang, as I possess the necessary time and, most importantly, the dedication to ensure that Vagos becomes the best gang in the city.
4- During my term, I will implement a thorough interviewing and acceptance system to minimise the warning rate within our organisation. Before joining, prospective members will undergo a series of 5 questions covering general rules, Ghetto rules, event rules,etc. However, before the interview, individuals will be required to present their passport and demonstrate a minimum of 8+ years in the city. I will establish a ranking system consisting of 15 ranks, which will encourage greater participation in gang events, as it will be the only way to progress within the organisation.
5- Events, Events. The more events you have, the more recognition and activity the gang has. It’s obvious, but true. Gun store every day, 247 every day or every other day, FZ often, etc. Events bring more people and events make the RP more fun.
Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1- Interviews are an important issue for both gang and rp and city rules. If the person joining the gang does not meet the required age limit and also does not know the city rules, it is forbidden to join the gang. Because I dont want to put my gang and myself in such danger. If the person joining the gang doesnt know the rules, it wouldnt be right to kick her/him right away. She/he should be taught the rules and instructed to come back. In short i am a helpful person as much as I am a rulemaker.

Provide guidance to new players- Successfully do the term without any warnings by the end
