This is KOGEKI, and I’m reaching out with a pressing concern regarding an unexpected and, frankly, unfair penalty I received today. At around 16:20, my family and I were en route to a scheduled event (RP factory) when we were ambushed by MARABUNTA Gang. After a chaotic firefight, one of their members approached me properly and began robbing me.
I’m fully aware of event rule 1.2, which clearly should prevent such actions during an event. Despite informing the attackers that I couldn't hear them clearly due to the ongoing gunfire, I was penalized and ended up in jail for over two hours, also i have 7 days warning.
This situation feels unjust, and I’m seeking a fair resolution.
I am asking for proper justice.

The event locations were also marked by our high command on my HUD (left eye), which you can verify. I urge you to examine the logs and data – I’m confident that you will find all the evidence you need to rectify this issue.
