1. Leader of Los Santos Police Department.
2. Why do I want to be the leader of the organisation-
1. To help the new gen and remove corruption- In my career as a Law Enforcement Officer which is a really long career I have faced a lot of major issues which unfortunately many other officer face this issue no matter what the department. I myself have high commmand experience in main LEO departments, I always do my work properly, I am always serious, I always make sure everything is done fairly, never ever I have tried to hurt my own fellow officers, I always give my best,hours of patroling and attending events for months but never ever have I wae able to recieve High Command,Why? Because I did not have friends in any organisation and I always strived for the right thing. Most of the people who are high command are the close ones of current or ex high command,they just get the position easily and I never had a HC friend who would "fast track" me. 2nd reason is I always questioned the corrupy authorities why the guy who was a trainee last week is now higher than me why me who was just doing the job for months is at same rank,why did you have that illegal item with you? Ans - "You tell this to someone and you are fired". I want to make sure these things never happen to anyone and if I get the position I will do everything I can for it. I am not gonna just fight against crime I am also gonna fight for equal treatment for all no matter what.
2. Discipline and Proffesionalism - In my career I have faced countless misbehaving,law breaking officers who never had consequences for their actions, no matter how much I tried the higher ups just wanted to order everyone around. NO I will make discipline strict for all officers start from the training. I am not going to tolerate this no matter how much money or contacts the person may have. I am going to make surr everyone knows manners,everyone is respectful to citizens and civil servants, I am going to make sure nobody is leaving their duty to protect Los Santos incomplete. I am going to make sure LSPD Is always there when you need help. We will be there for the citizens,for our fellow LEOs,for our Goverment.
3. Improving the IA and RTD - I am going to redevelop the Internal Affairs and the Recruitment Training Division in a way in which everyone gets justice and everyone is monitored,all of our patrol officers will be compared from the best of the best,no rules breaking,good behavious and sense of responsibilty.3.Enforcing rp rules stricitly among the org- I am not going to spare anyone who break rules of the server just for not getting a strike. If someone breaks rules which makes the experience for other players they must face consequences,even me.

Your advice for improving Roleplay level in the organisation.
As I mentioned above strict rp regulations will be definetly imposed. My officers will be taught the server rules right from the start of the training. The application will be full of server and state rules based questions. They will be taught to talk and act realisticly like a Police officer,they will have to take many tests for events and daily patroling and all the server rules in it and everyone should pass all questions
