1. Leader of Los Santos Police Department
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
1-) I want to be a leader of Los Santos Police Department because I have plenty of experience as a Police Officer, when I first came at the city I learned that I need to be in the city for 5 years to join San Andreas Highway Patrol and I couldn't wait to reach 5 years to join them. When I reached 5 years in the city, I joined them and I have been with them for a long time. I never got any warnings, strikes or anything negative. I have participated in the Recruitment Specialist department. I have been successfully training cadets and doing interviews. I left San Andreas Highway Patrol when Ryan Slater's term was going to end. I wanted to try other organizations and I joined Los Santos Police Department as a Staff Sergeant and then by working I got promoted to Commissioner. I was a really good officer at both Los Santos Police Department and San Andreas Highway Patrol, I know most of the PC's and TC's without looking at the patrol mans guide.
2-) I have good leading skills, as a Chief of Police you need to have good leading skills because you are the one who will be leading the officers at store robberies, bank protection, hostage situations etc. When we go to store robberies I will make sure every officer places barricades at the sides properly and then I will tell them what to do, when the hostage is safe, when to open fire, when to don't open fire etc.
3-) I have good communication skills and I have the ability to work and meet with a lot of people everyday. Police Chiefs work and meet with a lot of people which means you need to have good communication skills and ability to meet and work with a lot of people.
4-) I will make the Recruitment department better, they will train rookies professionally so when rookies get promoted they don't make mistakes and also rookies will not be able to pass their tests easy, they will need to learn to get pass the tests and get promoted. We have been in court some times because some officers made mistakes and which I believe they didn't get trained well.
5-) I have been RP'ing for a long time which means I know how to RP and I know RP rules, I will do my best to improve the Role Play level in organization.
6-) I will make sure we don't have toxic people in organization. We will work with all other legal organizations, respect them and help them when they need help.

Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
1-) I will fire rule breakers from the organization, to improve the RP level in organization rule breakers need to get fired.
2-) I will make every officer use the radio professionally - when they are going to use it they will say their badge number and to the person they want to talk, not like "Hey Michael what's your location" they will say their badge number to Michael what's your location I will make officers to make radio calls when they are chasing someone and keep updating of the suspects location, when they pulled over someone, when they finished processing someone, when they are going somewhere etc.
3-) I will make officers respond to backups with sirens no matter if sirens are annoying or not this is RP and they should turn on sirens when they are responding to backups.
4-) I will make on duty officers drive properly when they are patrolling around the city (not responding to any backup) I will make them drive within the speed limit and to don't break any traffic code.
5-) I will make every officer to pull over people professionally, I will make officers pull over people on the side of the road not on the middle of the road also I will make them get on the side walk and introduce themselves to the driver, show them their ID etc so it looks more professional.
6-) I will make officers be professional, they will not take out guns when they are pulling over someone they will only take guns out when someone attacks them. I will make sure they all know PC, TC, Civil Codes and everything that is needed.
7-) When we have a IC situation for example a store robbery I will make every officer look professional there, I will not let them run and jump around for no reason they will take cover behind cars barricades etc so it looks more realistic.
8-) Officers will get promotions at promotion ceremony which will be every Friday or maybe other day we will see which day, IA are going to check for the officers who are working and who are not working and they will make a list of the officers who deserve to get promoted.
9-) I will make sure we hire people that know how to RP good so we improve the role play in the organization.
