The event scenario Must be detailed and include the whole event:
everyone attending this event will have an ambulance they need to start from the docks and go to Sandy Shores hospital they will need to be fast and more carful because they are going to have a patient in the truck and they need to deliver him to the hospital.
Other organizations involved: all gangs and state orgs
Vehicles/weapons needed: ambulance
Admin Requirements: to spawn ambulance
Rules of the event: they need to arrive to the hospital but they need to be careful and not to ram with there cars and make sure that the patient is safe
Prize for the winner: 1st will get 250k 2nd will take 200k 3rd will take 150k
