Mert is a avarage person which born at Turkiye and dreamed to live in most beautiful city Los Santos and after many years of studys and works was enough for him to move LS.
When he first moved to city he worked in casual works such a Taxi , Street Cleaner etc. and due to criminal activities in the city he decided to be a LEO and he continued his life as high diciplined LEO , arrested a lot of criminals , blocked bad situations and even saved a lot of lifes. But nowadays he got place in gang because of his bad life quality.
Outcomes:
1- Mert Mareli is a skilled driver who is proficient in navigating various types of terrain, including grass, sand, dirt, and gravel. However, it is important to note that his expertise does not extend to driving on mountains or engaging in other unrealistic driving scenarios (No UB driving)
2- Mert Mareli is a proficient pilot, capable of landing in confined spaces, flying at low altitudes in pursuit of people, and even navigating under bridges to track people on the water. It's important to note that Lazar does not engage in unrealistic flying maneuvers such as flying into tunnels or into the FIB garage. (No UB flying)
3- Mert Mareli know how bulletproof body cam's that all state organizations use work and he know their weak point so he can destroy them if he find them (/try 2 times per situation using /try to search for bodycam and /do to destroy it.)
4- Mert Mareli knows his chemistry so he learned how to make serum of truth that he can use to get information from anyone
5- Mert Mareli has been in a lot of shootouts and is not afraid of guns (without breaking fear rp) (just so i can be calm while being aimed at)
6. Mert Mareli is a well trained shooter and can do assassination jobs from darknet for others as a SHOOTER for some money. (Through proper RP)
7. Mert Mareli havs experiences in close combat, he can take down 2 guys by himself (with following Fear RP)
