Life story
Bryce was born in Chicago, but only stayed there for a few years as his house had caught fire. He and his family moved to Los Santos trying to find a better life. Shortly after him arriving his parents left him for the gang life and laid him in a basket on the steps of the local church. He was found the next morning by church employees and was taken inside to warm up. Two Members of the church, who Bryce still doesn’t know the names of to this day raised him until he was fifteen years of age. Which is when he joined the National Guard.
Career Story
Since Bryce was recruited by the National Guard, he worked hard, and after a year and a half, he became a Major General. Throughout this time, he became one of the most well-known and respected individuals in the community. Also, during this period, he joined multiple other organizations such as the FIB, LSPD, SAHP, and GOV, achieving an HC rank in all of them. After enjoying a good life as an organization member, he sadly fell into a life of crime, becoming the Deputy of both Vagos and Bloods. During this experience, he remembered the time he had vowed to do good after learning from his past, and thus, he ended up working for the FIB. Due to his fall to crime, he was heavily invested in crime and even studied its uses. Although, this wasn’t permanent and Bryce resolved to go back to his roots in the Nation Guard.
Outcomes:

2) Bryce can use truth serum on suspects to get true information. (/try 2 times per situation).
3) Bryce can smash and break the bodycams of his peers along with his own. (/try 2 times per situation)
4) Bryce can sell/buy drugs and weapons at Black Market.
5) Bryce can help his friends or family members in any situation.
6) Bryce can kill people on/off-duty if they don’t want to follow his demands (GR 6.15 – With RP reasons).
7) Bryce can take 10-15s out of DOC from contract or by prison break if he likes them or feels that they were imprisoned unjustly.
8) Bryce can perform illegal actions with his family and friends.
9) Bryce can rob 10-15s if brought to an undisclosed location (Only within RP reasons)
