The event scenario Must be detailed and include the whole event: LEOs have brought a VIP from another country into Los Santos and he has to visit Paleto Bay. LEOs have to transport the VIP until SAHP HQ while stopping the gangs from killing the VIP. The LEOs can pick any route to DOC highway they want. Limousine is capped at 160 kmph

Vehicles/weapons needed:
Carbine ARs for everyone with vests.
Limousine and patrol cars for LEOs
Jugulars for Gangs

Admin Requirements:
Teleport everyone and give weapons/vests

Rules of the event:
No healing whatsoever
No patching
Car ramming allowed

How is the event won?
If LEOs protect the VIP, then they win.
If Gangs kill the VIP, they win.

Prize for the winner:
300k split against the last alive.
