Ive been previously banned by James Pluxury in 2022 for Cheats (Teleported under the map) which I was PC checked for and showed him my game POV, and the ban was revoked. Later on, when EN3 came out. I tried playing EN2 and EN3, When joining these servers I realized everytime i hopped inside a vehicle it would either, throw me through the ground and kill me, or fling me and the car across the map, or actually allow me to fly the car (Similar to No Clipping but with a vehicle). After this situation in EN2 i was banned. Then when i went to EN3 i got banned for the same thing even though i showed the administrators the issue and provided bodycam to show i wasnt using a cheat panel, and i was PC checked because i was genuinely having a game bug. So then i was banned in EN2/EN3 which i respected because even though my PC Check came clean and even though they didnt see any cheats in my POV, I understand some cheaters use certain recording softwares to mask their panel. So i came to a conclusion it was fine and that I was still able to play EN1 (My main server) so it was fine. After that i took a break from the city for about 1-2 years now coming back in 2024. I've applied for administrator but was rejected due to previous punishments (Banned EN3). Which i accepted and understood, Now since I've got back in the city I'm a lawyer and i just resell items in beach market. For some reason Mr. Jonny Odds when hearing about my 2 year previous punishments and without knowing those issues had already been resolved. Decided to Unreasonably Ban me today. I don't mind being PC Checked, and i don't mind providing 2-3 weeks worth of POV, So you guys can see i did absolutely nothing wrong. I've only gone to arena once in those 3 weeks which i lost in a 1v1. So if I'm being banned for No Clip cheats, you can view my POV of me walking across the city and driving my car, If its Aim related, you can view it and look at each time i PVP'ed. However you guys wanna resolve this, I'm fine with as long as its resolved because honestly i think this is extremely unfair and nobody should have to go through the issue of waking up to being banned for cheats when all they do is write subpoenas and sell stuff at beach market. Please Consider, and Keep in mind I'm being issued a ban for resolved issues from 2 years ago. Have a Great Day.

You acknowledged by yourself you were banned for Cheats 4x. When looking into the case, you were banned on EN1, EN2 and EN3. I did not contact the other servers yet, but I can do if needed. I do not mean the resolved ban with James. I also have proofs of Wody confirming it was cheat of you flying back then not a bug.

You can appeal your cheat bans and then play again. Without you being appealed my decision stays, since Cheating ban is not appealed yet.

All proofs are available for James, Alex and Mazhor. Only they can allow you to play again.

You already explained that in emails but thanks for doing it again. Me acknowledging i was "Banned for Cheats" In no way means that i was actually cheating, it means i was banned and it was falsely. So please don't mix up my words and make the situation different than it is. You are telling me than I'm banned on EN1, EN2, EN3 but how are you saying you don't mean the resolved ban with James if that was my only EN1 ban?? Also no offense to Wody but he cannot confirm something without seeing valid proof. For example if i was aim cheating and you see the bullet tracks on to the player, that is valid proof. But for me saying its a game bug and him "confirming cheats" is just a he said, she said situation. Your telling me i can appeal and play again but that's exactly what I'm doing right now. And as you said all proofs are available. I'm 100% fine with a PC Check and Submitting the last 2 weeks worth of POV Footage if you'd like to review it for any "cheats" since I'm a "cheater". I also think as an admin you shouldn't jump to conclusions and try understanding the situation more before banning someone. You claim I'm being banned because i was previously banned for cheats and that I'm not allowed to play even though I WAS NOT cheating. Where as I've been speaking to so many gods, hanging out with so many gods, and even APPLYING for administration which would make them background check me and see I was previously banned for cheats so please explain why I'm being banned as of now. Tyrell Johnson clearly told me that he spoke to Alex and the Administration team and that since i was previously banned on EN03, I'm not allowed to be an administrator, (Please Read what I'm about to say clearly) Alex and the team were acknowledged of my previous punishments and continued to let me continue and play. But when you came along you instantly banned me, and the issue I'm having is that it was so randomized and so out of no where, with no suspicion that i feel like i was being targeted by you. You can provide your proof to them but that doesn't change the fact that i clearly stated it was a game bug which GRP has tons of game bugs (PDA down, People insta dying when knocked, People getting in cars falling through the map) So as administrators I'd hope you guys can see that. Also I'd like to point out 3 things,
1. If i was cheating why have i applied for administration multiple times

2. Me, Alex, and Wody literally were in a VC and PC Checked someone together which me and Alex made a deal that if that guy was cheating id get perm banned with him, and that if he wasnt then he would get unbanned and that when i turned 18 Alex would accept me as admin. So why would someone who helps out people in city, and risks their account for people in the city cheat?

3. You dont know even 50% of what you are saying because you were not there for ANY SITUATIONS, you just found my name, jumped to conclusions, did some digging, found a reason you thought was valid to ban me, and went for it. If i was a cheater and a "4x Cheater", Why wouldnt you wait till im in city and least expecting it and teleport me to heli pad and say PC Check or Perm Ban. You did everything without knowing the full situation, and in my opinion you did it improperly. As you claim you have proof, Go to the EN2 / EN3 Footage when i first fly into the city and CALL AN ADMINISTRATOR on MYSELF because i was experiencing a game bug, Please do <3
