Also he is using our family shirt to collect panels as I know from now using approved family shirts are forbidden at situations he was acting as a our family member.

Even me as a family leader couldn't understand situation and didn't shoot him. It's not fair..

Rejected I don't see any fail rp there, give him demands if he was there, there is no such rule which you mentioned and I quote " Also he is using our family shirt to collect panels as I know from now using approved family shirts are forbidden at situations he was acting as a our family member. " ​
